The charity employs more than 123,000 people including 5,300 physicians offering a wide range of services to patients including acute care hospitals, a network of outpatient clinics, and a variety of support services.

As one of the largest not-for-profit, faith-based health care systems in the USA with over 123,000 colleagues and close to 27,000 medical professionals, the need for reliable and fast system recovery of supporting IT systems in the event of any outage was vital.
